Meagan Moore is the Founding Principal of Vantage Point HR Solutions, a boutique human resources consulting firm built with a clear purpose: to provide practical, people-focused HR support to small and mid-sized businesses, start-ups, and not-for-profits navigating today’s complex workplace landscape.
With over a decade of diverse HR experience in manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and marine industries, Meagan brings a well-rounded, real-world understanding of the unique challenges that growing organizations face. Her expertise spans the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, total rewards and compensation, and HR operations.

Meagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management & Leadership from Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia, and is a designated Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in Alberta.
