Most standard engagements run **2–4 weeks** depending on team size, document volume, and interview availability. Enhanced/multi-site scopes can take **4–6+ weeks**.
What do you need from us to get started?
A short intake, access to relevant policies/templates, and scheduling time with key stakeholders (usually 2–8 people). We handle the rest.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
We support **BC & AB** on-site as needed and provide remote support everywhere else. Many assessments are completed fully remote.
Will you help implement the recommendations?
Yes. Add **HR On Demand** to implement policies, hiring improvements, manager enablement, training, and change support with measurable milestones.
Do you share pricing publicly?
